For the past eight years, I have maintained e-commerce for Crosscut Sewing Co. I designed and developed the website, wrote product descriptions, took product photos, produced videos, created unique products and patterns and managed inventory across selling channels. I have managed multiple online selling channels including Faire, Michaels.com, Amazon, Etsy and a Shopify website managing customer service resulting in consistent five star reviews. My Etsy shop was ranked in the top 1% of all Etsy shops globally.
