I’m Stephanie Theisen, a marketing professional with over 20 years of experience helping businesses solve communication challenges through smart strategy and thoughtful design.

My background blends marketing, e-commerce, graphic and web design and content creation. I’ve worked across industries including retail, education, nonprofits, insurance, and food and beverage. I have always been focused on understanding audience needs and delivering solutions that solve problems and get results.

For the past decade, I’ve owned and operated Crosscut Sewing Co., where I built a successful e-commerce brand from the ground up. I designed and developed the Shopify website, designed products, managed multi-channel sales (Etsy, Amazon, Faire, Michaels.com, Walmart) and maintained exceptional customer service, earning a top 1% global Etsy ranking.

I hold a B.A. in History from the College of the Holy Cross, an M.S. in Marketing Communications from Simmons College and a Graphic & Web Design Certificate from Boston University. Whether designing a print piece, launching a product or mapping out a digital strategy, I combine creativity with analytics to help brands grow with intention.
